Solution: Using IntelliTrack, a user can initiate a Locate mode for the lost device. This action pings the device and allows nearby devices to help find the missing asset. This feature is available through IntelliTrack VeriMy™.
Solution: IntelliTrack’s mobile functionality allows a mobile worker to use a scanner and manually check out a mobile computer during shift changeovers.
For those companies who would like even more control, we also offer an automated version of this functionality.
By leveraging elevated Android privileges on company-owned mobile computers, IntelliTrack VeriMy™ controls access to mobile computers by verifying login privileges. With VeriMy, a mobile worker can’t access any device functionality until they log in. Once the user logs in, the mobile computer is automatically checked out to that specific user. VeriMy ensures that all shared mobile computers are checked out to an individual mobile worker before use and that the company administrator can keep control over their shared IT resources.
Solution: IntelliTrack’s mobile functionality allows mobile workers to quickly and easily count, move, and retire assets from their mobile device. Mobile workers can then perform an inventory for an entire location, add a new asset to inventory from the floor, add serial numbers, assignees, and asset condition notes, and inventory the asset at a particular location upon scanning.
Solution: IntelliTrack’s mobile functionality brings robust access to consumable inventory data directly from a mobile computer.
Workers can view and search inventory including sites, item numbers, quantities, etc. from their mobile device. Inventory can be counted and recorded, as well be associated with lots and expiration dates. Mobile workers can move items, issue stock orders and receipts, and tackle return workflows like managing picking & receiving orders and picking and receiving to containers.
Solution: A user can scan a tracking number for an incoming package and efficiently enter data about the package, including capturing photos of damage. At delivery, the recipient name and signature can be captured to document proof of delivery.
