May 2019 Top Tip of the Month
Did you know that many IntelliTrack® customers set up Sites or Locations within IntelliTrack® to help them track material outside of the 4-walls of the warehouse? Or to track the disposition or status of inventory? For example, a customer might set up “Trucks” as a Site and then each individual Truck as a Location and move material from a warehouse location to a Truck and then pick material from there. Each Truck becomes a roving warehouse with its own inventory. Or, a customer sets up a special location like, “Needs Repair,” “Quarantine,” or “Damaged” to help set aside certain inventory and segregate it from the main inventory being managed.

September 2019 Top Tip of the Month
Did you know that you can change the label of any field in our IntelliTrack® platform? This is useful in two different ways:

First, the user defined fields (UDF’s) that exist throughout the platform are a great place to store extra data elements that are important for your business to track. If you need to store the Color of an item or part number for reference purposes, you can easily change UDF1 so that it reads “Color.”

Second, this allows you to incorporate your existing business language into IntelliTrack® rather than having to change the terms/references you are already using. For example, if you refer to Item Numbers or Part Numbers as “SKU’s,” you can change the Item Number label to read SKU, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

Simply check off the “Online” and “Last Login Date” options from the Field Chooser sub-menu. These columns will be added to the User Management smart-grid and you’ll easily be able to access this information.
